Check out my new webpage and let me know what you think.

I have been thinking about doing business online for many years and just didn't know how.  Then I signed up for the Info Renegades course and got studying.  And while I was doing my research and having conversations with my "Customer Parade" I found a fellow who I was initially kind of rude to.  And then when I was reading his stuff I found so many typos ( I am a proofreader) that I had to tell him about them.   And we struck up a friendship and he offered to let me have his 5 Step Internet Blueprint and I looked it over for typos.  There were many.  And after many conversations about it. I decided to use it myself and see what I could do with it.

So what has come out of my using the 5 Step Internet Blueprint is my new website.  The URL is http://www.mylawofattractioncoaching.com

Take a look and let me know what you think.  I am trying a new theme on it. And learning how to embed videos too.  It's all such fun.

If you want to learn how to take your business online too I have a gift for you.  Your own 5 Step Internet Blueprint can be yours by going here.

I wish you the best of luck in your journey.

Expect the Best!

Have you Ever been rejected or feared being told NO?

I am thinking about my fear of asking for things.  And my hesitation to ask for things.  Here is an example of how ingrained this thought that I have that I "shouldn't" ask.

One day many years ago, I was having a La Leche League meeting in my home.  For those of you that don't know what that is it is a breastfeeding support group.

I was a young Mum probably 20 years old at the time.  And I had a bunch of Mum's and their babies and children in my home.  I was on a limited budget and I had one banana on my counter that I was "saving" for later.

One of the Mum's just walked up to my banana.  Talked to her child and said something like, "Do you want a banana?"  And proceeded to take my banana and give it to her child.

Now, to some people this wouldn't be a big deal.  But to me it was the utmost in breaking a rule.  The rule that I had that you daren't ask for anything and you for sure never just take anything from anyones home.  Even if you are starving.

So over the years I have gotten braver and have asked for things when I needed them.  But that fear of being told no is always looming in the background.

How could she just take my banana?  Do other people just do that?  Was she totally unaware of my financial situation?

Seeing this from my 43 year old perspective is interesting.  I now wonder why I had that rule. And this person obviously didn't have it.

What makes these rules so ingrained in our lives that we don't notice them until they are broken?

What rules have you noticed that you MUST keep?

Do  you have any rules like that?

My thought of the week, April 15, 2011

My Dad is getting older.  And thinner and not eating as much as we think he should. Although he scoffed down almost a whole bag of Sour Cream and Onion chips.

And as time goes on I think about all the things we know.  "We" the people that have been here a little over 40 years and longer.
So much knowledge, and thank goodness a lot of it has been shared.  And there is just so much of it that hasn't been shared.  So much expertise that hasn't been shared. And some of the people who knew how to do things have since passed away.
Ah wouldn't it be great if we could share our information with each other.

Oh, another thought.  I am noticing that there is an expansion of knowledge.  It seems as though people, some anyway, no longer think that they need to hoard their knowledge.  Like the days of old when only the Monks knew about religion.  Now there is Open Source!  What a wonderful concept.

Wikipedia is a perfect example of awesome collaboration.

I am looking forward to a new education where collaboration is the Context of all learning.

It just makes sense.

We don't expect people to all be in the same position in life.  Why do we expect them to know the exact same stuff at school.  Some people are better at some subjects.  Let them be.  And have people learn about what interests them.

So do we need a Waldorf School in Victoria?  That would be pretty cool.  Although with the way technology is going there may be a different off-shoot of that form of learning that would be even better.

Who is up for transforming the Education System?

When life goes the way you just didn't expect it . . .

You can actually roll with it.  Imagine, not resisting whatever is happening.

I have had a few days of playing this game now.  And it takes all the suffering out of life.  Which is OK accept I used to like to suffer a bit.  Then I could complain to my friends or family and get some nice sympathy.  But no, not anymore.

Now I just have to ask for what I want.  "A hug please"  I don't need to get a migraine to get a bit of a rest.  Just say, "I need someone to help me with this so I can get some rest."

I never knew I wasn't doing this. Asking for what I wanted or needed.  But there you go.

After many years of self reflection, I know my old ways of being are always available to me.  But I don't NEED to use them to get what I want anymore.

Thank goodness for that.

Thats my thought for the day.

And my question to you is - What is it that YOU do to get what you want that you can give up today?
Do you even know what it is?

I am a Gramma!!

What a wonderful feeling. He is finally here. We didn't know whether he was a boy or a girl. I guessed a boy but I had a 50-50 chance of being right.

Reading Brendon Burchard's new book.

I highly recommend!!!

I have read more than half and the fun thing about it is that it got me excited.  I saw how people made money online like never before.  And they make a lot of money.  Not only that but I saw that I could do it too.  Chapter 5 is helpful for anyone trying to define their Niche.  I answered the questions and manifested what I was looking for the very next morning.

His story is similar to mine. He was in a serious accident and so was I. He had a wake up experience and so did I. So, although we do not know each other personally I found reading his book was a great way to get to know the human being, that is Brendon Burchard and I found him to be genuine and generous all at the same time.

And he tells you how you can be just like him (successful and prosperous) using your own story.

See for yourself. You will be glad you did.

Trying to make decisions - one of those things we often avoid

So I am off to the races. Witteling down my niche. Am I a Customer Service Specialist, a Proof Reader, a Life Coach, a Relationship Coach, a Parenting Coach, a Financial Coach?

I had a conversation with my friend Julie last night and she has taught a system called MindTime

In a nutshell she said there are 3 kinds of thinkers. This is enough for the purpose of their program.

There are the Past Thinkers, the ones who research and are looking for the truth, the Present Thinkers, the ones who are the people who get stuff done and there are the Future thinkers, the ones who have a lot of great ideas and lack on the implementation. And people can also be a mixture of two or more of them. I know I am a Future Thinker and I can get things done but I prefer to be the one guiding and teaching others to accomplish their goals.

So I was asking my lovely community how do I specifically pin myself down to ONE area? And they made a valid comment. "Who says you have to be just ONE thing?" Well, my coach in a program I am taking, ( Info Renegades ) told me to pick one area.

So what if my area is Guidance, Support and Integrity. That is the area I am working in. And a few days ago I was introduced to Dereck Arreguin and he has a product that is really good. It is called the 5 Step Internet Blueprint. I have his video on my site and to get the Blueprint go to my MoneyMapping Site.
